Property Manager

As a Property Manager at KPM, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of assigned properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives.

• →Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
• →Lead and develop onsite teams to promote high performance and excellent customer service.
• →Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• →Administer lease agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and handle tenant communications.
• →Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• →Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold property standards.
• →Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive community relations.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily property management or real estate operations.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills required to effectively engage with diverse residents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• CAM or CAPS certification is advantageous.
