Electrician: Residential Foreman

• →Strong leadership presence, task-focused with the ability to create clear, actionable steps to meet jobsite goals
• →Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues accurately and efficiently
• →Clear communicator with electricians, general contractors, and internal teams
• →Solid understanding of NEC code and residential electrical systems
• →Can lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work on scaffolding
• →Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• →At least 2 years of experience running residential jobs; 5+ years leading projects of similar or larger scale is a strong plus
• →Plans, implements, and delivers projects on schedule
• →Takes initiative and brings innovative solutions to jobsite challenges
• →Strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and passion for client satisfaction and team performance

Compensation & Benefits - Residential Foreman
Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)
