• →Maintain and grow relationships with carriers and client contacts
• →Analyze expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services
• →Negotiate and authorize contracts with equipment and materials suppliers, and monitor contract fulfillment
• →Maintain regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs, providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and effectively
• →Collaborate with other managers and staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
• →Oversee inventory of goods, vehicles, and personnel
• →Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment cycle, ensuring that deadlines are met and policies/procedures are followed

• Team player: able to work independently and as a team to complete goals
• Organizing and planning: develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner
• Communication: express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
• Complex problem solving: identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Social perceptiveness: be aware of other people's reactions and understand why they react the way they do. Maintain a positive, friendly composure even in difficult situations
