Our eCommerce platform is at the heart of our customer interactions, and we are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to optimize and elevate the site experience.

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for site experience, focusing on user engagement, navigation, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to enhance UX/UI and overall site performance.
  • Manage roadmap for platform shopping tools related to site experience.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to implement features that improve customer journey and usability.
  • Analyze user behavior, site analytics, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure a seamless, mobile-first experience while optimizing performance across all devices.
  • Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to support promotional initiatives and campaign execution on-site.
  • Manage backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Monitor and improve key site performance metrics, including bounce rates, session duration, and checkout completion rates.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce or digital experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, site personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to drive measurable results.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

  • Experience working with CMS platforms and eCommerce technologies such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento.
  • Background in consumer psychology, behavioral economics, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and web performance optimization.
