KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an AI Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enable new hires and existing employees to effectively use AI tools. This role combines hands-on AI proficiency with strong training and facilitation skills to develop onboarding programs, conduct workshops, assess learner readiness, and continuously improve training curricula based on operational needs and learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
~1 min readDesign structured onboarding and upskilling curricula covering AI tool usage, prompt techniques, and AI-assisted workflows relevant to KDCI's service lines.
Translate evolving AI capabilities into clear, role-specific training modules.
Develop assessments, exercises, and certification checkpoints to measure trainee readiness.
Facilitate live and self-paced training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Conduct hands-on workshops covering AI tools relevant to recruitment, client delivery, and internal operations.
Coach individuals and small groups to address skill gaps identified during training or performance reviews.
Collaborate with third-party AI tool vendors, platform providers, and training partners to enhance KDCI's internal AI curriculum.
Evaluate external courses, certifications, and training resources, and incorporate relevant content into KDCI's learning programs.
Coordinate vendor-led training sessions and workshops when specialized expertise is required beyond internal capabilities.
Collect and analyze training outcomes, including assessment scores, on-the-job performance, and participant feedback, to continuously improve the curriculum.
Stay current with AI tool updates and revise training content as needed.
Partner with team leads to identify emerging skill gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
Maintain a training knowledge base, including user guides, quick-reference materials, and recorded training sessions.
Document standard operating procedures for AI tool usage across teams.
Support onboarding logistics and training calendar planning.
Requirements
~1 min read3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning and development, or a closely related role.
Hands-on, practical proficiency with common AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms, with the ability to demonstrate real-world workflows rather than simply explain them.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Ability to translate technical or abstract AI concepts into clear, actionable training content for non-technical learners.
Experience designing training materials, assessments, or onboarding programs from the ground up.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Background in BPO, outsourcing, or shared services training environments.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design tools.
Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) or relevant AI coursework or certifications.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and competency-based training design.
Experience coordinating with external training vendors or learning partners.
