KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory planning and execution across production, logistics, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing production timelines, vendor coordination, cost tracking, freight movements, and inventory visibility to ensure a seamless flow of goods from manufacturing through fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams while aligning closely with demand planning and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and cost-efficient execution.
Responsibilities
~1 min readManage production timelines and inventory planning across SKUs and vendors.
Track purchase orders from creation to delivery.
Partner with demand planning to align production with forecast requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag stock risks (stockouts, overstock, delays).
Ensure inventory readiness for product launches and key milestones.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely purchase order creation.
Maintain and manage the item master list, ensuring SKU data accuracy.
Ensure alignment across item setup, costing, and production requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers and suppliers.
Manage vendor communication, timelines, and deliverables.
Track pricing, MOQ changes, and cost efficiencies.
Ensure vendor accountability on deadlines, production schedules, and quality expectations.
Maintain detailed trackers for COGs, freight, duties, and overall costs.
Monitor cost fluctuations and identify risks or savings opportunities.
Support margin analysis and pricing updates.
Coordinate inbound freight (air, ocean, domestic shipments).
Manage freight forwarders and shipment scheduling.
Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays proactively.
Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Schedule warehouse deliveries and manage inbound logistics.
Coordinate with 3PL partners on receiving timelines and execution.
Track discrepancies, damages, and receiving issues.
Support inventory reconciliation and issue resolution.
Maintain trackers for POs, production, shipments, and inventory levels.
Provide regular reporting on supply chain performance and costs.
Ensure strong visibility across all stages of the supply chain.
Identify risks early and implement contingency plans.
Manage cross-functional supply chain projects and timelines.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Track and resolve quality issues with vendors and warehouse partners.
Ensure issues are properly documented, communicated, and resolved.
