Workflow Automation Engineer

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. You'll connect systems, tools, and data sources to eliminate manual, repetitive work.

  Design and implement automated workflows across business and technical systems

  Integrate third-party tools and APIs to streamline processes

  Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities

  Test, monitor, and maintain automations for reliability and accuracy

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

• →

  Document automation logic and maintain a library of reusable workflows

• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, integration, or process engineering

• Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML)

• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python)

• Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities

• Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into automated workflows

• Familiarity with databases and data transformation

• Background in business process analysis or operations
