Senior Product Owner

• →Create basic UI mockups or wireframes and/or validate designs provided by UI/UX experts to ensure alignment with user needs and expectations
• →Validate product UI/UX from a business and user perspective
• →Guide and support junior team members by applying technical know-how in Synapse, data engineering, and Power BI dashboards when required
• →Work within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum and/or SAFe) and contribute to effective backlog management
• →Manage and maintain product backlogs using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• →Collaborate closely with domain experts, implementation teams, and stakeholders across different levels and locations
• →Facilitate workshops, discussions, and stakeholder alignment sessions
• →Use modeling and diagramming techniques to document requirements and processes
• →Actively support product delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and implementation

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT or a business-related field
• Solid knowledge of globally recognized business analysis and product ownership standards (IIBA, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance)
• Strong technical understanding of:
  • Azure Synapse
  • Data engineering concepts
  • Power BI and dashboarding
• Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or SAFe)
• Experience working with backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of personal accountability, ethics, and trustworthiness
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Strong teamwork, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with modeling and diagramming tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS, MS Visio)
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Mural and Miro
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience working with Microsoft platform–based products (Azure, SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Online, M365)
• End-to-end lifecycle experience using Azure DevOps
• Relevant professional certifications (IIBA, PMI, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance)
• Knowledge of the German language
