Kearney Digital and Analytics, Data and AI

As a Partner or Principal at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Data and AI business within the Digital and Analytics (D&A) practice.  

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse team, you will advise our D&A clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver results in this ever-changing market environment.   

Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Key responsibilities 

• Grow Kearney’s Data and AI business in the Americas.
• Position analytics-related topics at an executive level, both originating new client opportunities and expanding opportunities within existing clients.
• Shape partnerships with technology players, such as Google and AWS, and engage with them on GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with regional and practice leadership to win and deliver large Data/AI transformation programs within Kearney’s priority clients.
• Act as a true People leader and steward of the firm.

• A background in high-value-add management consulting
• Current or recent experience in a similar position with strong market traction
• Industry experience in CPG and/or Industrials, PE experience is a plus
• Hands-on with passion to build capabilities and new offerings/solutions
