Automotive Deal Processor

At BMW of Ridgefield, we’re committed to providing an exceptional client experience and a professional team environment. We’re looking for a Deal Processor to help ensure vehicle transactions are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.

• →Process and review vehicle sales paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• →Ensure all required documentation and signatures are obtained
• →Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Management to resolve missing information
• →Assist with titles, registrations, and other deal-related paperwork
• →Maintain accurate and organized deal files
• →Help ensure deals are processed accurately and on time

• Previous automotive dealership or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
