Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls
- →Respond to internet sales inquiries and customer leads
- →Schedule appointments for the sales team
- →Greet customers entering the dealership and assist with check-in
- →Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and email
- →Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous customer service, receptionist, or BDC experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
