Keeley Restoration Services is looking for a Branch Manager to join their concrete restoration team in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for concrete restoration projects.  
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.  
Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue.  
Identify new business opportunities, prepare bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.  
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, project managers, crews, and support staff.  
Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance and promote a safety-focused work environment.  
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.  
Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality concrete restoration solutions.  
Promote a culture of safety among employees and contractors.  
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects, finances, and client interactions.  
Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and progress.  
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Owner Contracts, the Front Ends, and the Drawings and Specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of ten years of experience performing the primary responsibilities listed above.   
Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.  
Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.  
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and restoration methodologies.  
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
