Senior Supply Chain Coordinator - (6 Month Contract)

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, order management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite — essential.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Direct experience working with QVC or a comparable TV/home-shopping retail account, including routing and delivery appointment requirements is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily deadlines.

• Experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
• Familiarity with Celigo.
• Experience booking freight through 3PL or brokerage platforms.
• Background in beauty, skincare, CPG, or another consumer goods category.
• Experience coordinating directly with 3PL warehouse teams.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for one of our global client programs in the direct-to-consumer skincare space.

You’ll manage the daily flow of orders, shipments, purchase orders, and reporting, working across NetSuite, Amazon, QVC, suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.

• →Manage QVC and Amazon orders, shipments, routing, delivery appointments, and tracking.
• →Create and process sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders.
• →Manage supplier follow-ups, PO receiving, and billing.
• →Maintain accurate records and resolve NetSuite and Celigo integration issues.
• →Prepare daily sales and shipping reports covering open, back, hold, and shipped orders.
• →Support promotional tracking and MPS (Master Production Schedule) updates.
• →Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.

• Accurate daily reporting.

• Purchase orders managed accurately and promptly.
• Issues identified and resolved before impacting operations.
• Accurate, up-to-date NetSuite records.
• A clean handover at the end of the assignment.
