Hotel Manager

This role's primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of the Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center. The Hotel Manager will lead the teams to consistently provide exceptional guest experiences, collaborate on identifying training needs for team development, and actively pursue revenue opportunities while managing profitability. As the hotel's quality champion, strong communication, leadership skills, and a solid operational background are essential. This position will also lead assigned projects and represent the Managing Director in their absence.
