What are you going to deal with? 
Project: Flarion is redefining the future of Big Data infrastructure with acceleration for distributed data systems(e.g., Apache Spark). Following strong traction with top-tier customers and one of the largestnon-cyber seed rounds in 2024, we are rapidly scaling our go-to-market efforts.

What are you expected to do?
🔹 Building native Rust-based execution engines. 
🔹 Deep performance tuning (e.g., SIMD, cache locality, zero-copy IO).
🔹 Own the development and maintenance of complex, performance-critical components from start to finish.
🔹 Navigate hardware and software boundaries effectively, including managing memory, tuning input/output performance, and handling concurrency issues.
🔹 Work independently in high-autonomy environments while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
🔹 Collaborate with top engineers, contributing to impactful projects with minimal supervision.

What do we expect from you?
🔹 5+ years of relevant experience in systems programming.
🔹 Expertise in Rust. 
🔹 Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
🔹Experience in low-level system architecture.
🔹 Experience with multi-threading, memory layout optimization, or custom allocators.
🔹 Proven ability to take full ownership of complex challenges from inception to delivery, with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
🔹 Ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases and optimize them quickly.
🔹 Comfortable working with minimal abstraction layers in high-performance environments.
