What are you going to deal with? 
Project: A SaaS platform for senior care / hospice, connecting residents, family caregivers, and clinical staff. Core capabilities include wearable data ingestion (via Rook SDK), FHIR-based clinical data storage, care team communication, and symptom tracking. Multiple care facility tenants with strict data isolation requirements

Tech stack: .NET 8, C#, Azure Functions, CQRS / MediatR, Azure Health Data Services (FHIR R4), Azure AD B2C, Azure Storage Queues, PostgreSQL, React Native (bare workflow), TypeScript / Nx monorepo, Azure DevOps CI/CD

Scope of the engagement:
🔹Review the current Azure Health Data Services setup and ongoing migration: data model, tenant isolation design, FHIR resource structure, and ingestion pipeline
🔹Validate and advise on API architecture with a strong API-first approach — versioning, contracts, scalability for a multi-tenant healthcare environment
🔹Assess security posture and prioritize remediation across auth, authorization, and data access layers (HIPAA context)
🔹Review two existing React Native apps and provide a clear path to getting them back to a shippable state
🔹Advise on integrating Power Apps / Power Automate within the existing architecture without creating technical debt or redundancy
