A distinctive role inside the People function. You will be the technical owner of Keyloop’s People Technology and data infrastructure, and a key enabler of AI adoption across HR and the wider G&A functions (Finance, Legal, Facilities, and others).
You will rebuild and own our HR analytics platform, build the integrations and pipelines behind it, and act as our internal expert on AI adoption. The role combines hands-on building with teaching and influencing, working autonomously with senior leadership and external partners.
- Own and develop the HR analytics dashboard, keeping it accurate, accessible, and useful to senior leadership.
- Design and maintain the underlying data architecture, pipelines, and API integrations with core HR platforms.
- Build dedicated views for People Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement, working with each functional lead.
- Run BAU HR reporting while driving automation, self-service, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and tools (automated processes, intelligent pipelines, document processing).
- Develop production HR AI applications using the Anthropic API and other platforms (e.g. attrition analysis, policy Q&A, candidate processing).
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and make pragmatic recommendations on adoption.
- Be the go-to AI expert for HR, running sessions and building practical confidence across the team.
- Help HR and G&A colleagues (Finance, Legal, Facilities) spot AI and data opportunities and build capability themselves.
- Champion responsible AI use, balancing opportunity with governance, privacy, and risk.
- Own the People dashboard as a product, presenting insight directly to leadership and managing priorities.
- Align the People Technology roadmap with HR strategy and business priorities.
- Partner with IT on AWS infrastructure, deployment, and Keyloop’s technology standards.
- Proven Python development with production experience building data applications, dashboards, or internal tools.
- Hands-on data engineering: ETL pipelines, API integrations, transforming data from multiple sources.
- Production experience with AI/LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar), not just prototypes.
- Solid AWS knowledge and data visualisation frameworks (Streamlit, Plotly, or equivalent).
- SSO and enterprise authentication (OAuth2, SAML, Azure AD / Entra ID).
- Strong data literacy and rigour around privacy, security, and compliance for sensitive employee data.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly autonomous, comfortable as the sole technical contributor.
- SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS, including API or OData integration.
- Power BI: data modelling, DAX, and dashboards for non-technical audiences.
- Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI).
- Experience designing or delivering digital learning programmes.
- Microsoft Azure and/or Terraform.
