Laboratory Technician Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves executing sampling, chemical, physical, and radiological analyses, and processing the analysis results within set parameters to support operational processes and provide information for controlled and uncontrolled discharges.

• →Conducting sample collection for laboratory analysis, ensuring proper registration, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of results within established parameters.
• →Performing chemical, physicochemical, and chromatographic analyses, as well as inductively coupled plasma spectrometry.
• →Carrying out total α/β/γ activity measurements and radiochemical analyses using liquid scintillation.
• →Executing analyses on concrete samples.
• →Contributing to the accreditation of a quality assurance system in the laboratory to demonstrate the accuracy of analysis results to external parties.
• →Conducting and interpreting inter-laboratory tests.
• →Reporting complaints, non-conformities, and deviations.
• →Organizing and executing measurement series in preparation for validation reports.
• →Monitoring the functioning of analytical equipment, taking action on issues, and following up to ensure optimal analysis conditions.
• →Performing calibrations and controls of laboratory equipment.
• →Assisting in the validation of techniques, methods, and instruments.
• →Documenting deviations in the designated application.
• →Keeping up with new developments and proposing relevant innovations/improvements to work with the most recent and accurate analytical techniques.
• →Critically reviewing analytical methods and suggesting new possibilities.
• →Participating in training and technical workshops.
• →Adhering to company-specific (inter)national standards and parameters to ensure compliance with regulations.
• →Guiding regulatory bodies during sampling on-site.
• →Drafting and adjusting instructions.
