Project Engineer Electromechanics

We are seeking a Project Engineer specializing in Electromechanics for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves designing and overseeing pump installations, flushing systems, and pressure pipelines, primarily in the region east of the Antwerp-Brussels axis, focusing on areas such as Limburg and Flemish Brabant.

• →Developing and monitoring pump stations, pressure pipelines, or storage sedimentation basins from design through execution and post-care.
• →Acting as the lead engineer, representing our client in the field of electromechanics within agreed frameworks with external and internal customers.
• →Providing support in the design and execution of projects to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging technical expertise in electromechanics, hydraulics, and modeling software to achieve optimal project delivery.
• →Creating and evaluating various scenarios to define project scope, content, and timing effectively.
• →Ensuring safe design of pump stations and monitoring contractor safety.
• →Taking responsibility for drafting the preliminary design, design, and tender documents within pre-agreed frameworks, considering the requests of internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality, budget, and timelines.
• →Organizing the tendering and awarding process to ensure projects are assigned within the stipulated timeframe and budget, adhering to public procurement laws.
• →Leading the execution and delivery phases, managing contractors to ensure installations are built and commissioned on time and within budget, while guiding internal staff (administrative staff, draftsmen, etc.).
• →Organizing and overseeing the delivery process (delivery dossier, trial periods) to ensure timely project completion for internal and external clients.
• →Ensuring post-care regarding external (invoicing) and internal clients (warranty activities related to Operations, feedback to Procurement regarding group purchases).
• →Acting as an expert and providing technical and hydraulic advice to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• →Properly handling claims and damage cases related to pump stations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in electricity and hydraulic engineering, with a proven track record in project engineering within electromechanics.
