• →Structure, consolidate, and document compliance of systems to CyFun/NIS2 requirements.
• →Produce coherent, traceable, and audit-defendable documentation.
• →Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of documentation demonstrating compliance of application systems.
• →Gather and transform dispersed information into structured and auditable documentation.
• →Link field reality (implementation) with compliance requirements.
• →Complete and write documentation, design templates, and verify control points.
• →Organize and structure working sessions with operational teams to gather necessary documents and information.
• →Identify evidence sources and verify relevance and traceability of information.
• →Prepare compliance dossiers.
• →Engage in governance of ongoing NIS2 projects and work packages managed by a project manager within the Transport Solutions department.

• Experienced Business/Functional and Technical Analyst.
• Rigorous in documentation writing.
• Analytical mindset.
• Synthesis capability.
• Able to work with operational teams.
• Perseverance (information collection can be challenging).

• French and Dutch: excellent.
• English: good.
