Senior Functional Analyst Project Leader

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst/Project Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working on the digital platform 'Mijn HVW-dossier', which allows social security beneficiaries to manage their files. The application is evolving into an interactive self-service platform, developed in an Agile context with close collaboration with the business.

• →Analysis & Functional Design:
  • →Translate business needs into functional analyses and solution proposals
  • →Develop new functionalities (self-service flows, application types, communication module, etc.)
  • →Draft user stories, use cases, process descriptions, and data models
  • →Ensure consistency and reusability within the application landscape
• →Coordination & Integration:
  • →Coordinate with solution architects and backend teams
  • →Define interfaces, APIs, and data flows
  • →Act as a bridge between business and IT
• →Project Leadership:
  • →Establish and monitor planning, scope, and priorities
  • →Coordinate team activities
  • →Report on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • →Point of contact for stakeholders (ICT, business, external partners)
• →Quality Assurance:
  • →Guide and execute testing activities (SIT/UAT)
  • →Maintain standards and best practices
  • →Ensure clear and up-to-date documentation

• Functional analyses and solution designs
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Test scenarios and validation reports
• Project planning and status reporting

• Analysis:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a functional analyst in web applications
  • Experience with integrated systems and complex data flows
• Project Management:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project leadership (preferably Agile)
• People & Stakeholder Management:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading/coordinating teams
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Bridge function between business and IT
• Technical Affinity:
  • Good knowledge of software development processes
  • Experience with APIs and integrations
  • Knowledge of the Java ecosystem is a plus
• Language Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Dutch or French
  • Active knowledge of the other national language
  • Professional knowledge of English

• Minimum 2 references that validate the required experience

• Duration: 6-12 months (extendable)
• Commitment: preferably 4-5 days/week
• Start: as soon as possible
• Working method: hybrid (presence at key moments)
• Reporting: Head of Development
