Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves the establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO) for a significant client project, focusing on the implementation of new capabilities and large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

→Provide expertise in setting up and managing complex programs.
→Coordinate with internal IT Service Owners to ensure timely implementation of programs.
→Guide the initiation of the PMO with a limited team.
→Oversee and coordinate urgent infrastructure-related programs.

Requirements

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT programs (>50M EUR) with measurable business or operational outcomes.
Experience in providing clear explanations of job position and company context.
Ability to state at least 2 program references.
Experience in making directives in relevant contexts.
Demonstrated involvement in boards and clarity on roles held.
Possession of at least a NS clearance.
Clear indication of relevant experience.
Leadership role must be clearly explained.
