• →High School Diploma or equivalent.
• →Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• →Completion of a recognized Direct Care Worker training program or equivalent experience preferred.
• →Previous caregiving, Home Health Aide, or companion care experience preferred.
• →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• →Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• →Physically able to walk up to three miles daily with the client.
• →Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• →Ability to work weekday and weekend schedules.
