Maintenance Technician

• →Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
• →Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
• →Complete light electrical work including fixtures, outlets, and minor wiring repairs
• →Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, clearing clogs, and replacing fixtures
• →Maintain grounds through weed trimming and leaf removal
• →Conduct pressure washing of buildings, sidewalks, and outdoor areas
• →Execute preventative maintenance tasks and maintain service schedules
• →Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
• →Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records
• →Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
