Kido International Preschool – River Place is looking for a friendly, dependable, and safety-minded Bus Driver to join our preschool community!

As a Bus Driver, you’ll play an important role in helping children start and end their day with a positive experience while ensuring their safety and well-being every step of the way.

• 10 hours/week during the school year
• Monday–Friday, 1:15–3:15 PM
• This position follows LISD school schedule. On days LISD is closed to students, our bus driver would have opportunity to be off or pick up hours transporting children on field trips

You’ll help make sure our K-5 students get picked up from their Elementary School and brought safely back to Kido. In addition, this person will take ownership of bus maintenance to include but not be limited to: filling with gas, daily walk around inspections, cleaning, tracking and ensuring completion of oil changes, etc.

• Safely transporting elementary school children
• Creating a warm, positive experience for our students
• Supporting field trips and special outings
• Communicating with our preschool team and families
• Helping make every ride part of the Kido experience

• Dependable, patient, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working with young children
• Friendly and energetic
• Responsible and professional

• Must have prior experience driving a school bus full of children
• Must have a valid TX License and clean driving record
• • Our buses are small so a CDL is not required but preference will be given to CDL drivers
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Must be at least 21yrs of age
• Must be able to pass state background check
