Reporting directly to the CMO, and supervising the Sr. Site Merchandiser, you’ll be a key partner in:

  • Drive our site roadmap: net new site features, improvements and changes to existing site experience, A/B testing, and SEO + GEO strategy
  • Manage prioritization of new projects as they come up, weighing them against what's already on the roadmap
  • Keep larger, multi-week initiatives on track from planning through launch

  • Work with the Sr. Site Merchandiser to build and publish all new products, variants, and collections in Shopify against the launch calendar; ensure SKU-level accuracy across titles, variants, pricing, imagery, and size charts
  • Maintain collection page sort orders, featured placements, badging, and navigation updates
  • Execute the approved promotional calendar: price changes, discount codes, banners, and campaign landing pages

  • Weekly Merchandising & Site Performance Report; compile the data into the standard template and submit by the deadline.
  • QA development tickets before and after deployment; run weekly site sweeps for broken links, 404s, and merchandising errors
  • Maintain cross-sell widgets against internally set strategy

  • Manage our development contractors, communicating project requirements clearly and effectively
  • Manage contractors' set hours each month and how they're used, making sure time is spent against the right priorities

  • Own our internal project management system (Asana) — organizing and managing tasks within projects
  • Get the team organized and planning ahead so we can deliver on each initiative
  • Brief out site experience weeks in advance of launch, allowing the Creative Team to have adequate lead time to produce required assets.
  • Keep merchandising SOPs current and extend existing AI-assisted workflows
  • 3+ years in ecommerce site merchandising, ideally in DTC apparel
  • Hands-on Shopify expertise — able to build collections, configure discounts, work with metafields, and edit theme content independently (no ramp time available for platform training)
  • Hands on experience leveraging analytics and reporting tools; able to pull and assemble accurate and data reliably against a deadline
  • Demonstrated accuracy under time pressure
  • Clear written communication and genuine self-direction in a remote, async environment
  • Recent experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
