Senior Fullstack .NET / React Developer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack .NET / React Developer to join our team and help us build scalable, modern, and high-quality software solutions. 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using .NET technologies and React
• Build modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces with React and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, backend/frontend developers, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Take ownership of features and technical solutions, from concept to deployment
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive technical improvements across the product
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews and actively support knowledge sharing within the team
• Work with RESTful APIs, integrations, and asynchronous data flows
• Help establish engineering standards and contribute to continuous improvement within the team

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar)
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server communication
• Experience with MS SQL Server and relational databases
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Git and agile development practices
• Experience with testing frameworks and writing maintainable, testable code
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

• Experience with distributed architecture and microservices
• Familiarity with Linux environments, especially Ubuntu
• Knowledge of modern CSS approaches (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
• Experience with component libraries (shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Material UI)
• Knowledge of build tools such as Vite or Webpack
• Experience with E2E testing tools like Playwright or Cypress
• Familiarity with performance optimization and accessibility (a11y) best practices
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments
• Experience designing and maintaining resilient and highly available systems (24/7/365)
