Our Recruiters are key members of the Human Resources team, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and onboarding talent for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Use a variety of search tools to contact active and passive candidates to develop a pipeline of individuals with required skill sets.
- Scope and define candidate searches with hiring managers, ensuring qualified candidates are attracted and engaged.
- Conduct initial screenings to develop profiles for hiring managers and provide candidates with an introduction to the organization and career opportunities.
Employer Branding & Marketing
- Connect with local organizations and attend events representing the Kinsley Steel employer brand and team.
- Serve as a champion for the employee experience, seeking opportunities to bring awareness to career pathways with the company.
- Lead the marketing strategy for job listings to ensure advertising options, budgets, and recruiting tools are customized for the needs of each role.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Proactively communicate with candidates and ensure a positive flow of information at each stage in the process.
Software Management & Recordkeeping
- Maximize usage of Applicant Tracking System, ensuring features are used for efficiency. Make recommendations for upgrades and changes to the system.
- Ensure pre- and post-offer records are accurately maintained and tracked for each job listing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in a high-volume environment.
- Previous recruiting experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with candidates and employees at all levels in the organization.
