  • Lead regular client follow-ups and business reviews, ensuring clear communication on performance, priorities, challenges and next steps.
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate client needs and business opportunities into concrete actions and solutions.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, driving initiatives that improve both client experience and business performance.
  • Contribute to business planning, reporting and decision-making by bringing together customer, operational and financial perspectives.
  • Support the implementation and evolution of projects when required, ensuring alignment between client expectations, operational delivery and business objectives.

  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Business, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business models, value drivers and how operational decisions impact business performance.
  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Comfortable working with business and financial metrics, including revenues, costs, margins, volumes and performance indicators.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities independently.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify issues and opportunities, take ownership and drive actions through to completion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and adapt communication to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively across different teams and coordinate stakeholders towards a common objective.
