Crane Assembly Technician (Crawler Cranes)

Job Summary:

Be an integral part of the Sub Assembly, Load Out, Inventory Control and Safety process. Receiving cranes from port, inspecting, documenting, making ready for sale and assist preparing for over-land transport. Making cranes ready for over-land transport includes: installing the boom base section, installing the crane mast, reeving boom hoist rope.

Essential Functions:

1. Establish an expertise in sub assembling all Kobelco models of cranes.
2. Complete understanding of safety protocols.
3. Assist with unloading trucks.
4. Assist with inventory control.
5. Assist with loading trucks.
6. Assist with inventory management.

1. Minimum High School degree or equivalent.

2. Ability to comprehend tech drawings and schematics.
