Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal business applications.
- →Develop both front-end user interfaces and back-end application logic.
- →Build and maintain APIs and integrations between internal systems.
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- →Support and enhance existing applications while identifying opportunities for modernization.
- →Develop and optimize SQL databases, stored procedures, and data integrations.
- →Troubleshoot software issues and implement timely resolutions.
- →Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards.
- →Participate in application architecture, code reviews, and software testing.
- →Ensure application security, reliability, and data integrity.
- →Assist with user training and provide technical support for internally developed applications.
- →Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements that increase business efficiency.
- →Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and application specifications.
- →Support software deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of software development experience.
- Experience developing applications using .NET, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies
Preferred
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Angular, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based development.
- Experience using GitHub or other version control systems.
