- Oversee and provide leadership for warehouse team members.
- Work with team members to further train, develop and mentor through cross-training and providing career development.
- Perform warehouse inspections to ensure the facility is clean and orderly.
- Fullfill operational requirements for shipping and receiving.
- Report maintenance issues and needs as appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- order pallet deliveries and scrap trailer pickups.
- Complete daily inspections.
- All other special projects and relevant duties to the job.
- 2+ years warehouse leadership experience required, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
- Technically proficient with computers and software.
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
