As our General Manager, KONE Spares, you will lead KONE Americas' spare parts strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, driving profitable sales and supporting field teams. You’ll oversee budgeting, cost management, and customer support while expanding parts sales across all elevator and escalator OEMs.
You will bring 8+ years of progressive sales/customer service related experience, with 3+ of those years leading people. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited college, or equivalent experience.
- Develop, monitor, and improve key performance indicators to achieve operational, financial, and customer service objectives.
- Analyze market opportunities, support sales growth initiatives, and contribute to marketing and business development strategies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills, including succession planning and team engagement.
- Knowledge of service operations, material sales, purchasing, distribution, inventory lifecycle, and obsolescence management processes.
- Understanding of financial management principles, business performance metrics, and the vertical transportation industry.

What We Offer
~1 min readThe hiring range for this role is $159,100 – $208,845. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
