Staff Attorney

Growing Law firm in Huntington, West Virginia has a need for a Staff Attorney. It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.

The position includes drafting and reviewing pleadings, court appearances throughout  West Virginia, general support of the foreclosure process in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Ideally 1+ year experience in creditor's rights / foreclosure preferred but will train. Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Must be active and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar.
• Licensed in more than one state a plus.
• Experience in real estate and title work a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
