The Frame Operations Production Supervisor will be the driving force behind our frame cutting, assembly, and woodworking operation and have input on their performance and progressive discipline.

This role requires significant time spent on the production floor.
Must be comfortable working around industrial machinery and in a furniture manufacturing environment (dust, noise, etc.).
Ability to work flexible hours to support shift transitions as needed.
