Associate Product Manager(Lending)

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed product and business requirements. 

• Ownership of product release / feature release. 

• Ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented in line with Business strategy.

 • Perform user acceptance testing and release features to key stakeholders. 

• Ownership of defining & tracking usage analytics.

 • Ownership of driving optimization and enhancements, basis usage analytics and other product metrics.

 • Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders. 

Skills and Requirements:

 • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

• Proficiency in creating wireframes and managing UX & VD design deliverables.

 • Coordinating with external & internal stakeholders.

 • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing requirements from key stakeholders and translating into well-defined PRD / requirement specifications. 

• Proficiency in tracking usage analytics and other product metrics via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics / CleverTap / other related tracking tools. 

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, NoSQL and Data Analytics. 

• Understanding of hybrid mobile apps and PWAs.

 • Should have an understanding of technical solutions including interaction between Frontend, Backend, Database, APIs. 

• Should be able to read and analyze technical documentation, API documentation, and system design documents. 

Experience & Educational Qualifications: 

• 0-2 years experience for APM role & 3-5 years experience for PM role.

 • Experience in fast paced startup environment. 

• B.Tech/ B.E / MCA from tier 1 / tier 2 institutes. • MBA optional
