Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, drafting policies and procedures, and conducting compliance testing and risk assessments.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualified CA/CS/LLB/MBA
1–2 years of experience in compliance or a related field
Experience in BFSI is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor regulatory changes and updates; prepare summaries for management.
Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Conduct compliance testing and risk assessments across departments.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on RBI guidelines.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements.
Perform due diligence on vendors and third-party service providers.

Bangalore (Work from Office)
