Engineering Manager(UPI Payment)

We are looking for outstanding Engineering Managers,Who have experience in UPI payment(Payment Gateway) or Digital Banking with proven technical, leadership and delivery skills to manage and deliver the tech stack, end 2 end (React frontend, Go Lang backend services, Server less on AWS lambda, Mysql DB)

 • Overall feature delivery responsibility and accountability for E2E tech stack (React frontend, Golang backend services, Serverless on AWS lambda, Mysql DB)

 • Convert product requirements into actionable and tangible items for all stakeholders 

• Overall API Design, Component design, DB design - code, performance, security • Automated testing and verification of new features

 • Release estimation, planning, communication and integration with other stakeholders (product, ui/ux, business teams etc) 

• Performance fixes and optimization 

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new best practices to maximize development quality, efficiency

 • Code review 

• Build modular, efficient, testable, and reusable code • Integration with internal and third party solutions/services with JSON data via REST API calls. Skillset 

• Excellent Data Structure and Design Patterns. 

• Strong knowledge of AWS services and their working 

• In-depth experience in micro-services / server less architecture

 • Golang, React knowledge and expertise 

• Strong logical reasoning and programming skills. 

• Strong knowledge of JSON data handling 

• Understanding database schemas that represent and support business processes • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github 

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
