Java Developer

• →Develops, tests and maintains Java application code.
• →Builds and updates web services and REST APIs.
• →Writes SQL to work with relational databases.
• →Fixes defects and supports production issues.
• →Writes unit tests and takes part in code reviews.
• →Participates in sprint planning, stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies.
• →Documents code and technical changes.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with Spring or Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or Db2.
• Experience with Git and a build tool such as Maven or Gradle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts.

Compensation: $68,216 – $75,795 per year
