We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our operational processes in Sales Operations team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build structure where it's missing, hold the teams accountable, and resolve problems efficiently. This is a cross-functional role to ensure processes are implemented and followed across the teams

Develop, document, and maintain clear SOPs for core processes.
Roll out SOPs to relevant teams and ensure they are understood and consistently followed.
Use insights from compliance gaps to inform coaching, training, and further process refinement.
Coordinate across functions (e.g., sales, operations, product) to align priorities and drive delivery

Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks in the process, and optimise the process
Define clear requirements and proposals for process improvements.
Convert improvement ideas into actionable plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
Measure the impact of changes and iterate based on results.

Proven experience in project, program, or operations management.
Demonstrated ability to write and enforce SOPs and process documentation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, root-cause mindset.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
Project management certification., e.g., PMP. (nice to have)
Experience with process improvement methodologies is (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Familiarity with project and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
