Location: Northern New Jersey Employment Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Surgery Center Compensation: $450,000 – $550,000 annually depending on call preference

A highly respected private anesthesia group in northern New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join their premier ambulatory surgical center. This is primarily an outpatient surgery center position offering exceptional work-life balance - with the unique option to supplement your income through voluntary hospital call if you choose. There is no mandatory call. Ever.

• →Independently manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic, gastrointestinal, ophthalmic, and general surgical procedures
• →Collaborate with experienced surgeons and a high-performing clinical team committed to efficiency and patient safety
• →Deliver comprehensive perioperative care with a focus on clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
• →Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold the highest professional standards

• Hours: 38–40 hours per week
• Days: Monday through Friday only
• No mandatory nights, weekends, or call obligations
• Voluntary hospital call available for those who wish to maximize earnings and maintain their full clinical skill set

• Current Board Certification in Anesthesiology (ABA)
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey State Medical License
• Demonstrated expertise in regional anesthesia techniques
• Strong clinical decision-making skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaborative team approach
