CRNA Jobs in El Paso, Texas | Choose Your Schedule | Up to $560,000 + $75,000 Sign-On Bonus

An established anesthesia group in El Paso, Texas is hiring several Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Choose a salaried position with a large sign-on bonus, or an hourly position with 10 weeks off, no weekends, and no call. Pay reaches up to $560,000 a year, and extra shifts are available whenever you want them.

• Salaried with a sign-on bonus: a $350,000 salary, 7 weeks of PTO, and a $75,000 sign-on bonus paid as $25,000 a year. You work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, with optional 10- or 12-hour shifts. Overtime pays up to $215 an hour, and call pays $200 per weekday and $400 per weekend, plus hourly pay for any hours you work on call. Extra OB shifts pay up to $150 an hour on top of salary. This position is open at two hospitals.
• Top earner, OB and OR: about $560,000 a year for 42 weeks of work, with 10 weeks off. You alternate one week of OB (24-hour shifts at $150 an hour) with one week of OR (12-hour shifts at $200 an hour, and $215 an hour over 40 hours).
• OR only, no call: about $516,000 a year for 42 weeks, with 10 weeks off. You work Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm, at $200 an hour, and $215 an hour over 40 hours. There are no weekends and no call.

• Board-certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
• OB experience a plus for the OB positions
• Texas APRN license, or eligible to get one
