A well-established and respected health system in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a skilled Pain Management Physician to join their outstanding team. • Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
• Employment Type: Full-Time | W-2
• Base Compensation: $530,000 annually
• wRVU Incentive: $65 per wRVU above 8,154 threshold
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
• Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 20-25 patients per day
• Practice Setting: 100% outpatient

• Radiofrequency Ablations (RFAs)
• Medial Branch Blocks
• Epidurals
• Nerve Blocks
• Trigger Point Injections
• Spinal Cord Stimulators - experience ideal but not required
• Thoracic Outlet Compression Syndrome (TOCS)
• Urine Drug Screening
• Medication Management

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine - required
• Fellowship training in Pain Management - required
• Spinal cord stimulator experience - ideal but not required
