A distinguished and well-established interventional pain management practice in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join their outstanding team. Founded in 2000 and renowned for delivering innovative patient-centered care this practice offers a unique opportunity to work alongside four experienced MDs in a cutting-edge facility co-located with a high-complexity lab and physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center. Specializing in conservative and interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, and opioid use disorder outpatient treatment - comprehensive training in interventional procedures is provided making this an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced providers. With a 4.5-day workweek and no nights, no call, no weekends, and no holidays this position delivers exceptional work-life balance and outstanding earning potential.

• Compensation: $92,500 – $105,000 annually - raise to $105,000 post-training typically within 3 months

You will deliver high quality care in a dynamic high-volume pain management environment - performing thorough patient evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans, and mastering interventional procedures through expert-led training. You will collaborate closely with four MDs, maintain accurate and timely medical records, and build meaningful relationships with diverse referral sources to support continued practice growth. • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program - required
• Active South Carolina PA license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
• Energetic self-starter with exceptional bedside manner
• Highly organized with proficiency in timely medical record completion
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Orthopedic, neurology, or pain management experience - a plus
