We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operations Advisor/Expert (Cash Flow Forecasting and Analysis) to join the Kyivstar Treasury Operations team, who will be responsible for cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and managing credit agreements

Main responsibilities

• Forecasting cash flows and planning short-term and long-term liquidity for the group’s companies

• Analysing working capital indicators and implementing initiatives to improve cash flow management efficiency

• Managing cross-functional projects related to foreign exchange risk hedging and optimization of financial processes

• Analysing and structuring M&A transactions and supporting the integration of companies acquired by the group

• Working with credit agreements including preparing documentation, supporting signing processes, monitoring, and performing financial calculations

• Preparing treasury reports and presentations for management, analysing financial indicators, and supporting corporate reporting

We are a match if you...

• Have a higher education in Economics, Mathematics, or a technical field

• Have at least 7 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role

• Confidently work with MS Excel and can handle large datasets, use advanced formulas, pivot tables, and analytical tools

• Have experience in financial modelling and working with financial systems or ERP

• Are fluent in English

• Have strong analytical thinking, work independently, and can find solutions to complex problems

It will be a plus if you...

• Have experience working with Power Query, Power Pivot, or ThinkCell

• Have experience participating in international financial or treasury projects

У команду казначейських операцій Київстар шукаємо провідного радника/експерта з казначейських операцій (cash flow forecasting and analysis), що відповідатиме за прогнозування руху грошових коштів, аналіз оборотного капіталу та роботу з кредитними угодами

Основні завдання

Керувати крос-функціональними проєктами з хеджування валютних ризиків та оптимізації фінансових процесів

Прогнозувати рух грошових коштів та планувати короткострокову і довгострокову ліквідність компаній групи

Аналізувати показники оборотного капіталу та впроваджувати ініціативи для покращення ефективності управління грошовими потоками

Аналізувати та структурувати M&A угоди, підтримувати інтеграцію компаній, придбаних групою

Працювати з кредитними угодами: готувати документи, супроводжувати підписання, здійснювати моніторинг та виконувати фінансові розрахунки

Підготовлювати казначейські звіти та презентації для менеджменту, аналізувати фінансові показники та підтримувати корпоративну звітність

Маєте вищу економічну, математичну або технічну освіту

Маєте від 7 років досвіду роботи фінансовим аналітиком або на подібній ролі

Впевнено працюєте з MS Excel та вмієте обробляти великі масиви даних, використовувати складні формули, зведені таблиці та аналітичні інструменти

Маєте досвід фінансового моделювання та роботи з фінансовими системами або ERP

Вільно володієте англійською мовою

Маєте сильне аналітичне мислення, працюєте самостійно та вмієте знаходити рішення для складних задач

Це не обов’язково, але дуже цінно

Маєте досвід роботи з Power Query, Power Pivot або ThinkCell
