Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Recruiting Coordinator on the Lab37 Recruiting team, you will be a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, collaborating closely to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process. You will serve as a key advocate for our company and ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for every candidate. This position requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, serving as the central point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and business leaders.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication from initial contact to final decision.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously refine and optimize hiring workflows, identifying bottlenecks and boosting overall efficiency. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruiting workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Leverage data to drive decisions by conducting bi-weekly analysis on key recruiting metrics (e.g., interview volume, time-to-hire, candidate pass-through rates) and sharing actionable insights.
- Manage the logistics and candidate communications for key recruiting projects and events designed to attract top-tier talent.
- Provide essential coordination and logistical support for recruiting events, projects, and other talent engagement initiatives.
Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What We Offer
~1 min readThis role is onsite in our Warrendale, PA office, 5 days a week. We believe tight collaboration between Engineering, Ops, and GTM teams is essential when building complex systems that blend hardware, software, and services.
The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
