Submitting a referral is quick, and when your candidate is hired and stays the course, you'll be rewarded for helping us build the right team.
- Upload your referral through this page and enter your full name in the "Referred by" section.
- Our Talent Team verifies eligibility, confirms the referral timestamp, and moves your candidate into the hiring process.
- If your referral is hired into a regular role (contract, probationary, or full-time) and completes 90 active service days, your referral bonus is processed in the next payroll cycle.
- Your candidate has not applied to LAdmins in the past 6 months.
- They are not already in our recruitment pipeline or previously interviewed for the same role.
- The referral is submitted before the candidate receives any formal interview invitation from our Talent Team.
- You must be an active LAdmins Remote Professional in good standing to qualify.
- There's no cap on how many people you can refer — bring us your best.
- For duplicates, credit goes to whoever submits first on the Referral Page. Verbal claims, screenshots, or outside messages don't qualify.
- Repeated referrals with poor retention may affect your eligibility to continue participating.
