Provide reliable technical support for a growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) with offices across California and Indiana. As a Remote IT Support Specialist, you’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for end users and internal teams.

~1 min read- Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues in a remote environment.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Support limited Google Workspace applications such as Google Calendar and Google Drive.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Assist with VPN connectivity, endpoint security, and remote access solutions.
- Track and resolve support tickets within SLA targets, perform root cause analysis, document solutions, and maintain accurate technical records.
- Work closely with office staff, on-site support teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical concerns and improve IT processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Active Directory
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with Intune, Endpoint Manager, and RMM tools
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and video surveillance solutions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ITIL practices
- Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems such as Dentrix or Open Dental
- Familiarity with dental imaging solutions such as DEXIS, DTX Studio, or XVLite
