我們正在尋找具備營運思維與執行力的營運人才！
你將負責司機夥伴的經營與服務品質優化，透過日常營運管理、跨部門協作與現場問題處理，持續提升司機夥伴的服務品質與營運效率。

同時，你也將參與平台商城維運與司機社群管理，透過數據觀察、流程優化與溝通策略，打造更完善的司機營運體驗，並確保平台營運穩定順暢。

與團隊協作推動專案，透過基礎營運數據觀察，提升新進司機黏著度與接單動能。

透過現場營運規劃與電話溝通，協助司機夥伴解決日常問題，提升服務品質，並能因應不同情境靈活調整應對方式，維持平台穩定運作。

協助平台商城營運與流程優化，持續提升作業效率與使用體驗，確保整體營運穩定順暢。

協助規劃與執行社群經營，提升司機參與度與平台認同感。

良好的溝通與協作能力：能與不同團隊有效合作，並清楚傳遞活動與營運資訊。

積極與韌性：面對變化與挑戰時仍能保持正向態度，持續推進與優化工作。

成長型思維：樂於學習新事物，願意接受多元挑戰並持續累積營運經驗。

主動且具執行力：能獨立管理多項任務，適應快速變化的工作環境並有效推進執行。

月薪 30,000 - 45,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
