  • 楚說明平台合作模式、獎勵制度，提升潛在司機夥伴加入平台的意願。
  • 追蹤並更新潛在司機名單狀態，確保系統資料完整並維持良好的名單管理。
  • 在溝通過程中蒐集司機夥伴的需求與回饋，協助團隊優化招募與註冊開通流程。
  • 目標導向：對達成轉換率與營運指標具有高度動力，能持續追蹤並完成每日聯繫目標。
  • 良好的溝通能力：具備電話溝通與說服能力，能清楚說明資訊並與潛在夥伴建立信任感。
  • 積極與韌性：面對拒絕或挑戰仍能保持正向態度，持續嘗試並優化溝通方式。
  • 良好的組織與管理能力：能有效管理潛在名單與工作進度，確保每位潛在夥伴都獲得適當跟進。
  • 月薪 30,000 - 40,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
